Accessibility Statement
July 24, 2026
Our commitment
Pastores.com aims to enable people with disabilities to use the portal, consult resources, learn about alliances, and access their accounts.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our target. This statement describes our current approach and does not claim that every page or third-party service fully meets the standard.
Measures we take
We design and maintain the portal with accessibility in mind, including:
- semantic structure, landmarks, and descriptive headings;
- keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators;
- text alternatives for meaningful images;
- support for zoom and reduced-motion preferences;
- accessible names for controls and status information; and
- Google authentication that supports password managers and assistive technologies.
Known limitations
Some content and functions depend on third parties, including Google, Cloudflare, Chatbase, and partner organization sites. Their accessibility may vary by service, browser, and assistive technology.
Editorial content may include external documents or resources whose accessibility we do not directly control.
Report a barrier
If you cannot access content or complete an action, email hola@pastores.com.
When possible, include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. We will use your feedback to prioritize improvements and provide a reasonable alternative.
Review of this statement
We review this statement when the portal, its content, or third-party services change.
