This policy explains how Pastores.com handles information related to the portal, free accounts, access to resources, cookie preferences, and communications initiated by email.

Information we receive

When you sign in with Google, we may receive your name, email address, account identifier, and profile image according to the permissions you accept. We also record the session and, for resources available to registered people, access to the content.

When you contact Pastores.com or subscribe to communications, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, message, and preferences.

Cloudflare may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, including IP address, browser and device data, request logs, and security signals.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate your account, maintain the session, enable resources for registered people, respond to messages, honor cookie preferences, protect the portal, and understand content use where applicable.

We do not sell personal information that we receive directly.

Providers and external services

The portal uses Cloudflare for hosting, content delivery, security, database services, and optional tools managed through Zaraz. Better Auth manages the authentication flow, and Google acts as the identity provider when you choose to sign in.

Chatbase provides the site assistant only after you accept the marketing category. If you have an active session, Pastores.com may send Chatbase a signed identifier, email address, and name to associate the conversation with your account without exposing server secrets.

Links to partners and other sites open services controlled by third parties and subject to their own policies.

Cookies and consent

Necessary technologies maintain sessions, save consent preferences, and support the portal’s operation and security. Optional marketing tools, including Zaraz and Chatbase, remain disabled unless you grant consent.

Retention and security
